The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, especially Kivanc at the reception. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine human soul. Convenient location within walking distance to many attractions. Delicious breakfast and good localization.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was near the ferry pier to go to Bursa. This made it easy for us to explore different parts of the city. the hotel was close to popular attractions like the Spice Bazaar and the Grand Bazaar, which made it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, always ready to assist us with any queries or needs we had.
There was a negative aspect of the hotel that impacted our stay.

The staff at the hotel was ready to help for everything. The hotel is located near the Spice Bazaar and Grand Bazaar, making it convenient for shopping. There is also easy access to transportation, including the ferry pier to go to Bursa.
